Confartigianato Moda is collaborating, together with MIFUR, to the realization of an exhibition on Italian manufacturing excellence entitled “SLOW FASHION”, to be set up on the occasion of the next edition of TheOneMilano, which will be held in Milan Rho from 13 to 15 March 2022, in concomitance with MICAM and thanks to the intervention of the ICE Agency.
TheOne is the haut-à-por salon ter which combines the experience and history of MIPAP, the most historic of the Milanese fashion fairs, with MIFUR, the main Italian event in the leather and fur sector. The “SLOW FASHION” project was included in the context of the show, which was born with the need to enhance the artisans and thus tell their own “history of making”.
It is the stage for companies, for the most part family-owned, which use natural and renewable raw materials and which monitor the impact of their processes on the environment, constantly striving to reduce it and which consider sustainability a daily commitment. The event, lasting three days, will accompany the public to discover a sustainable Italian manufacturing, a stronghold of “slow-fashion”, which has always been a synthesis of creative flair and craftsmanship.
